We offer high-quality cuisine inspired by the season’s tastes and flavours.
Our selection is wide and stylish: choose from an à la carte menu, the Gourmet tasting menu, a light business lunch or the kids’ menu.
The menus, under the direction of our Executive Chef Santiago Vasquez, vary from week to week according to the season and to the fresh produce available from the local markets.
In our dishes, guests will find on the freshest and top-quality ingredients: we prefer locally-sourced, seasonal products. Our first courses are based on freshly made or artisan pasta made from quality wheat such as Gragnano, and regional cheeses. Saffron from Turri, Mediterranean herbs, the season’s vegetables and extra fresh meat or fish complete the menu. Our rich and varied selection of regional and national wines is skilfully matched to the various dishes on the menu, and goes to enhance all the dishes on offer.
Special attention is paid to the children, to guests requiring gluten-free meals and to those preferring vegetarian or vegan menus.
The La Scala Restaurant organises themed evenings marked by unique culinary experiences, in a stylish ambiance where every detail is perfect.
We are open every day, for lunch and dinner, including Sundays and Mondays.
